The spring event of the Association of Church Musicians of Philadelphia is “The Mass Today, the Mass Yesterday, English, Latin: Finding the Right Form.”
The workshop offered free of charge will look at the recent developments and a pastoral response with regard to the celebration of the Eucharist according to the Roman Missal prior to the 1970 reform.
The presenter is Father Dennis Gill, director of the archdiocese Office of Divine Worship.
It will be held Friday, May 6 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul, Philadelphia. and will be livestreamed. Free parking is available adjacent to the cathedral.
Donations to the AMCP’s grant scholarship program will be accepted.
