Sister Susan Hurlbrink, SSJ, (formerly Sister Ann David), age 85, died April 22, 2023 at Saint Joseph Villa.

The daughter of the late David W. and Anne (Murray) Hurlbrink, she attended Incarnation Grade School and Little Flower High School.

In September 1955 she entered the Sisters of Saint Joseph, Chestnut Hill, and professed her final vows in 1963.

Sister Susan ministered in the Dioceses of Arlington, Camden, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.

Sister of Nancy Bradshaw and the late William Hurlbrink and Francis Hurlbrink, she is also survived by members of her Congregation, The Sisters of Saint Joseph.

A private Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023, at 10:30 AM. at Saint Joseph Villa. Services will also be live streamed from the Saint Joseph Villa website, www.stjosephvilla.org.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sister’s name to Saint Joseph Villa, 110 W. Wissahickon Ave., Flourtown, PA 19031.
