The National Centre for Padre Pio aims to cultivate faith and unite the community in prayer through several upcoming events.

Padre Pio Prayer Groups

Padre Pio envisioned prayer groups as a way to cultivate the faith and to unite both our intentions and actions to Jesus in a community setting. On the third Saturday of every month, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the National Centre for Padre Pio will hold a Padre Pio Prayer Group.  Prayer Group Members are encouraged to attend their monthly meetings as regularly as possible to promote unity in their physical presence.

The Prayer Group Meetings will be held at the National Centre for Padre Pio and are in-person meetings.   Contact angela@padrepio.org if you live in the area and would like to join the Prayer Group.  If you do not reside near Barto, PA, please go to www.pppg.org to find a location of a Prayer Group near you.

Novena to Three American Saints for Life 

Saints Elizabeth Ann Seton, Frances Cabrini, and John Neumann are powerful witnesses to the Gospel of Life, each in their own time.  This novena suggests three days of prayer to each of the saints for the promotion of life in our country and our Church today. 

The National Centre for Padre Pio will offer time and space to pray this novena along with them from Sunday, Jan. 14 to Monday, Jan. 22, following the 3:00 p.m. Chaplet of Divine Mercy. The Novena will be offered both in person at the National Centre for Padre Pio and via livestream on Facebook or YouTube. Links are provided below.

First Saturday Mass with Devotions and Benediction

On the first Saturday of every month, the National Centre for Padre Pio will hold Mass with Devotions and Benediction at 10:30 a.m.

First Saturday Devotions consist of the opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation (9:30 AM to 10:15 AM), Mass, Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, devotional prayers, and Benediction. Recitation of the Rosary and veneration of the relic glove of Padre Pio follow Benediction.
