The Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Philadelphia will host a Fall Session of Paradisus Dei (“That Man is You!”), an interactive men’s program focused on the development of male leadership in the modern world. Beginning on Sept. 18, the program will be divided into two, 13-week sessions.
That Man is You! addresses the pressures and temptations that men face in our modern culture, especially those relating to their roles as husbands and fathers. The program harmonizes current social and medical science with the teachings of the Church and the wisdom of the saints to develop the vision of authentic men capable of transforming themselves, their families and greater society.
The Fall Session will focus on the development of the Scriptural vision of man, especially in his relationship to his family and society. The Spring Session will focus on the practical means of becoming that man.
