Event Description
Locally sourced food is a cornerstone of green living, but finding what you need isn’t always easy. You might have a great farmer’s market in the summertime. But what about locally raised free-range meat, dairy products, or even dry goods? This program will include a cooking class using a menu of items found on Cranaleith’s property as well as tips on how to find locally sourced foods in your own community.
