Generation Life will host a March 28 screening of “Unplanned,” which recounts the story of Abby Johnson, a former director of a Planned Parenthood facility in Texas who became a pro-life advocate after witnessing an actual abortion procedure.
The pre-release screening is sponsored by the Pro-Life Educational Foundation in Lansdale and geared for young adults. Refreshments and a Q & A session will follow, as well as a post-event gathering for those interested in continuing a discussion of the film.
(Read CatholicPhilly.com’s feature article on “Unplanned” as well as an interview with Abby Johnson and a review of the movie by Catholic News Service.”)
The screening begins at 7 p.m. at United Artists Riverview Plaza, 1400 S Christopher Columbus Blvd. in Philadelphia.
Discounted tickets are available at https://bit.ly/2SBqCe5.
